Our team
The Pennwood Crossing team is a diverse and highly skilled group of professionals with expertise in project management, finance, planning, compliance, and community-centered housing. The team is led by an experienced Project Manager who also serves as the operational lead. Strategic direction and long-term planning are supported by two engaged stakeholders providing oversight.
The team includes a dedicated Marketing Director, who also fulfills the roles of Property Manager and Compliance Lead, overseeing lease-up activities and LIHTC compliance. Two Financial Analysts serve dual functions as asset managers, ensuring strong financial performance and long-term viability of the development. Additional support is provided by an Administrative Assistant and a Site Planner, helping with coordination and execution of day-to-day tasks.
